Seeds of Sisterhood is a free 8-week nature-based wellbeing group for mums with babies under 1. We meet every Tuesday, 10:30am–12:30pm from 30th May, at YMCA, Station Road, Yate BS37 4PQ. Relaxed chats, nature crafts, sensory play, and plenty of tea – all in a supportive, friendly space.
