Drop-in gardening activities every Thursday at 10:30 AM at the Frome Valley Growing Project! Open to anyone over 50 to enjoy mindfulness, celebrate the Celtic wheel, grow biodiverse food, practice no-dig gardening, save local seeds, and learn about native flora & fauna.

Come and join this wonderful community garden group! During the sessions, you will learn about no-dig growing, as well as sowing and harvesting vegetables and flowers, which you can then nurture and take home. If there is a surplus, it supports the Kingswood Food Club — brilliant!

Seeds of Sisterhood is a free 8-week nature-based wellbeing group for mums with babies under 1. We meet every Friday, 10am–12pm from 30th May, at Cadbury Heath Hall Garden, Warmley. Relaxed chats, nature crafts, sensory play, and plenty of tea – all in a supportive, friendly space.

Suitable for children (and their grown ups!!) aged 4-13 years old who are electively home educated and flexi schooled. Make, Grow, Pick & Eat. Develop understanding of natural systems using the Celtic Wheel of Year. Every Friday during term time from 1pm-3pm.

Join Ageliki for weekly yoga sessions to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Perfect for calming the mind and enhancing sleep.

Help Your Local Orchard Thrive Come along and be part of a community effort to care for our orchards and green spaces. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just looking to get outdoors, everyone is welcome to join in.

Our Guided Wellbeing Walks are a space for connection, gentle movement, and fresh perspective – all in the peaceful surroundings of Frenchay Common. 🌼We walk slowly, talk freely (or not at all), and take time to breathe. Optional mindfulness, friendly faces, and the support of nature.

This is a group where you can learn essential gardening techniques from planting seeds to harvesting flowers and vegetables. . Learn about no dig gardening whilst enjoying this wonderful wellbeing garden and community orchard. Tea and biscuits provided.. Come along and get involved!

This group meets on the 3rd Wednesday every month 5pm - 8pm at the NHS Community Woodland. Activities will vary.
