If I'm interested, is there more information on how the support works?
Yes, because we are interested in working in partnership with you, we would first organise a meeting with you. This would help us understand the needs of your employees, team members and SMTs, and to work with you to construct a bespoke offer which is delivered through Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
What is Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support?

Tier 1 support:
We work alongside you to provide support for your staff providing a support service for your staff based on an understanding of your needs. This will enable your staff or your HR team to access support through contact with an appropriate practitioner.
For smaller SME's or small teams we can work directly with staff or you can direct your staff to us and we will create individual support plans.
This level 1 support assumes that we will be working as a partner and friend in helping you support your employees, or team members' mental and physical health over a defined period of time ..
Tier 1 clients also have access to the provision of

Health and wellbeing away days. We would draw up a programme in collaboration with you and your teams.

CPD Support sessions, where we can come in and add value to a CPD session.

Access to all volunteer programmers to support your company's values all of which we feel will enhance the experience of your workforce
Tier 1 is costed in the following way
12-month agreement where you pay a monthly charge TBA. Due to the bespoke nature of our services, each agreement will be tailored to the specific needs and size of the organisation.
In addition, if an employee then is supported by one of our practitioners, the cost will then be agreed between yourself and OPM.
Tier 2 Support:

Tier 2 support consists of supporting your organisation through the provision of:

Wellbeing away days/session

Wellbeing as part of a CPD day/afternoon, or session

In both cases we would seek to understand what is it you would want to get out of the day. We would then work with you to construct a day, an afternoon or an individual session accordingly.
How is this costed?

There would be a planning and delivery charge which will reflect the needs of the client.

Yes, we would endeavour to meet your needs.
Can OPM organise Volunteer activities for our employees/teams?
Yes, we have activities running all year round and would work with you to find suitable events. They could be standalone days, or your employees could have access to all our events and attend them as part of Volunteer days that you may offer in your term of employment.
