Growing on the Edges: A Nature-Based Course for ADHD Referrals Navigating a Neurotypical World

At One Planet Matters, we’re thrilled to introduce Growing on the Edges—a unique, four-session nature-based course designed specifically for individuals who identify as having ADHD. Whether you're awaiting diagnosis or already navigating the realities of neurodiversity, this programme offers strategies to help you thrive in a world that often isn’t designed with you in mind.

🌱 Why Growing on the Edges for ADHD?

This course is grounded in the belief that ADHD is not a fault, illness, or something to be “fixed.” It’s a difference—a unique way of experiencing and interacting with the world that, with the right support and understanding, can be a source of strength.

Through the lens of Solutions Focused Therapy and nature-based wellbeing practices, participants will:

  • 🌼 Reduce anxiety and built-up stress

  • 🌼 Process unresolved traumatic memories

  • 🌼 Protect against micro-aggressions

  • 🌼 Acknowledge and celebrate their unique strengths

By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your own experiences, along with practical tools for self-support and personal growth—including how to harness the healing power of nature.

🌿 What to Expect
