The Tai Chi session will finish with some simple mindfulness practices, and a little gentle gardening in the new accessible flower beds.

- 04 Sept 2026, 13:00 – 15:00 BSTBristol, Swan Ln, Bristol BS36 1RH, UKA 16-week, nature-based therapeutic programme for 12 South Gloucestershire families whose children (aged 4–13) experience: Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), Are out of school, EHE, flexi-schooled or NEET. These sessions are for South Gloucestershire residents only as this is a SG funded.
- 14 Sept 2026, 10:00 – 12:30Cadbury Heath Healthcare, Parkwall Rd, Barrs Court, Bristol BS30 8HS, UKNature Connections’ sessions could include a walk to Barrs Court, then creativity and gardening based at the health centre. Different seasonal themes each week. Sessions are adapted to suit people’s abilities and interests. Promotes sense of belonging, community, and connection.
