Open to anyone over 50 to enjoy mindfulness, celebrate the Celtic wheel, grow biodiverse food, practice no-dig gardening, save local seeds, and learn about native flora & fauna.
- 21 Mar 2025, 10:30 – 12:30Friends Meeting House, Champion Square, St Paul's, Bristol BS2 9DB, UKA free 6 week course, exploring different relaxation and wellbeing practices, to help you stay well and support good mood.
