Abbi Kent
Abbi is an experienced Nature Connection and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, with a background in ecology, conservation, and psychology. Currently she is the founder of Seeds of Sisterhood - a nature-based perinatal wellbeing programme that supports women in motherhood, as well as a Mental Health Officer for Your Park Bristol and Bath, where she leads Roots to Wellbeing - a community-based programme that integrates nature connection and mindfulness to support people’s wellbeing. Previously Abbi was a Wellbeing Project Officer for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

Mental Health & Nature-Based Wellbeing
Designing and delivering inclusive, evidence-informed wellbeing programmes supporting adults with diverse mental and physical health needs through nature connection.

Facilitation of safe, nurturing spaces supporting mothers and babies through the perinatal period, strengthening connection, confidence, and emotional well-being.​

Delivery of trauma-sensitive practices, including breathwork, body awareness, and Yoga Nidra to support stress reduction and nervous system regulation.
