Here is an indication of the range of services we can offer your organisation.  However,  we will work with you to first identify what kind of support you require. If for instance you have identified a particular need that is not here, we will work with you to find a provider who also uses nature connection to underpin their work.  

The support can be delivered 1 to 1,  virtually or in small groups. It also links into to our Away days and CPD support services

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) that supports the following:

  • Mental Health Improvements: Reduces anxiety and depression, manages stress, and aids in treating substance abuse and eating disorders. It also fosters emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness.
