Pucklechurch Community Orchard and Nature area
Pucklechurch is a large village and civil parish in South Gloucestershire, England. It has a current population of about 3000. The village dates back over a thousand years and was once the site of a royal hunting lodge, as it adjoined a large forest.
The area adjacent to Oaktree Avenue has village green status and as such we will be enabling the community to develop a community orchard and wildlife area which will also be a community focal point
Currently there is a small orchard and copse. We are currently working with the community to help plan, develop, plant and then maintain a wonderful community asset.
